Introductory Coaching Session

Experience a discounted introductory coaching session before committing to a longer engagement

Welcome!

At ALT+LEAD, we typically work with senior tech leaders and founders through 6+ month coaching engagements focused on achieving lofty goals.

We also know it can be hard to make a long-term commitment before you know what coaching with us feels like. We created this Introductory Coaching Session to give you that opportunity.

How to Get Started

  1. Schedule your session: Book a 60-minute time slot below.

  2. Attend your session: Come prepared with a specific challenge or decision — no topic is too big or too small. You’ll leave with greater clarity, a fresh perspective, and a sense of how coaching can help you move forward.

  3. Apply your credit: If you decide to continue, your full session fee is credited toward a coaching engagement. There’s no commitment required until you’re ready.

  4. Accomplish your bigger goals: Get the support you need to reach the next level in your leadership journey.

How Coaching Works

Coaching is a confidential, thought-provoking partnership that helps you gain clarity and move forward. Our sessions are a private space where you can speak freely without judgment.

Unlike therapy (which focuses on healing) or mentorship (which offers direct advice), coaching:

  • Helps you uncover your own answers through powerful questions

  • Creates space for exploration and new perspectives

  • Focuses on actionable steps toward your desired outcomes

  • Empowers you to tap into your inner wisdom

  • Challenges you to think differently about your situation

During our sessions, you'll do most of the talking while I ask questions that help you explore your challenges more deeply. You might be surprised by the insights and solutions that emerge when you have space to think out loud with someone who's fully present, asking the right questions, and committed to maintaining your privacy.

What to Bring to Your Session

Come to your session with a challenge you'd like to tackle or a goal you want to explore. Whether it's a complex career decision or a simple daily habit you want to change, coaching can help. No challenge is too big or too small. The best topic is the one that matters most to you.

Here are examples of what others have brought to sessions:

  • "I feel stuck in my career and don't know what's next"

  • "I'm successful on paper but something feels missing"

  • "I want to make a bigger impact"
