Mental Fitness Workshop

2–4 Hours | Virtual or In-Person

This session expands on the core Positive Intelligence framework through real-time application and guided small-group work.

After completing the Saboteur Assessment, participants break into groups based on their top Saboteur. Each Saboteur group then reports out to the larger group about what their Saboteur is all about—its lies, limiting beliefs, and negative impact.

This interactive session is how you can shift a conceptual understanding of the topic to a deep personal “aha...” of exactly how you have been sabotaging your own effectiveness, wellness, and relationships. This is where your team will get really excited about a new possibility for themselves and each other.

1. Workshop

  • A live, interactive session (1-4 hours) that introduces the science of mental fitness and helps participants identify their top internal “Saboteurs” — the mental patterns that hinder performance and wellbeing.

  • Yes, workshops can be delivered virtually, in-person, or hybrid depending on your team’s needs and location.

    In the NYC area, in-person sessions are included at no additional cost. For locations beyond NYC, travel fees may apply.

    While all sessions can be held virtually, some teams prefer the energy and connection of an in-person experience. We can also explore running in-office pod meetings if that better suits your team’s workflow. Reach out and we’ll design what works best for you.

  • For deeper engagement and more active participation, workshops work well with groups of 5 to 50. We tailor facilitation style and breakout design to fit your audience.

    For groups over 50, we recommend a keynote or webinar format.

  • Absolutely. Many teams begin with a standalone session, then explore deeper program options based on interest.

    • Watching one 1-hour video per week

    • A 45-minute weekly virtual meeting with their Pod

    • Up to 15 minutes per day of app-based mental fitness practice

    That’s less than 2% of waking hours for six weeks.

  • The Positive Intelligence book by Shirzad Chamine explains the “why.” The program focuses on the “how” — with daily, structured practice that turns insight into habit.

    The app includes both PDF and audio versions of the book, so participants can explore it if they choose — but reading it isn’t required to succeed in the program.
