Positive Intelligence®
for Organizations
A neuroscience-backed mental fitness program that strengthens team performance, reduces burnout, and delivers measurable ROI.
The Most Strategic Investment You’ll Make in Your People
✔ Elevate team health
✔ Reduce attrition
✔ Deepen connection
✔ Measurably boost performance
If it doesn’t stick, does it even count?
You’ve run the workshops. Brought in the speakers.
It was nice, but didn’t lead to lasting change.
Not because they weren’t good, but because your people are trying to run new tools on an outdated operating system.
Most development programs are like new apps on old software.
(they don’t run as intended and sometimes crash)
Positive Intelligence (PQ) is the upgrade
It works at the level of habit and identity — rewiring how people respond to pressure, feedback, change, and even each other. When you strengthen mental fitness, everything else becomes easier to sustain.
Mental fitness creates the foundation that makes real change stick.
Stress hijacks performance, mental fitness takes it back
Train your team to respond, not react.
Insight ≠ Change
Practice = Progress
Knowing better isn’t the same as doing better.
Culture won’t shift until mindset does
Habits shape behavior. Behavior shapes culture.
Upgrade the mental OS & results follow
Mindset fuels leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
Our mind can be our best friend.
It can also be our worst enemy.
Every day, our minds are sabotaging our performance, wellbeing, and relationships. All of our lasting negative emotions, including stress, are a result of our self-sabotage.
The research-based PQ Program strengthens the part of the brain that serves us and quiets the part that sabotages us. We handle life’s challenges with a more positive mindset and less stress.
This is mental fitness.
How to Bring PQ® to Your Organization
Step 1: Saboteur Discovery Workshop (1-4 hours tailored to your Team)
A live, interactive session introducing Positive Intelligence and the science of mental fitness.
Your team will:
Discover the 10 “Saboteurs” - the mental patterns that undermine performance
Learn practical tools to improve focus, collaboration, and wellbeing
Walk away with language and insights to use immediately
Great for:
Launching culture or change initiatives
Building curiosity and buy-in
Testing the fit with your team
Step 2 : 6-Week PQ Mental Fitness Program (App + Pod Model)
For those ready to go deeper, the six-week PQ Program builds the foundation of mental fitness — shifting the balance of power from inner Saboteurs (negative patterns) to inner Sage (the positive self).
What’s included:
Year-long app access to the PQ app and mental fitness tools
Weekly small-group coaching pods of 4–6 for reflection + accountability
Daily, science-based practices that create lasting change in just minutes a day
Flexible formats:
Employees can join pods as individuals across functions, building cross-org bonds
Or work as intact teams in pods, strengthening team dynamics in real time
You’ll receive:
Custom kickoff with your leadership to align goals and expectations
Leadership reports on engagement and progress
Live debrief and wrap-up
Step 3 - 1:1 Coaching Add-On
Some employees benefit from extra support. This optional track includes:
Three biweekly 1:1 coaching sessions post-program
Focused application of PQ tools to real-world scenarios
Ideal for high-potential talent, new managers, or employees navigating complexity
Kickoff alignment with leadership for focus and outcomes
Together, this path creates a high-touch, high-impact experience that meets different learners where they are, while reinforcing team-wide behavior change.
Results Backed By Data
Powerful Results from Fortune 100 Teams:
93% of participants felt more engaged at work
97% saw improvement in work relationships
70% said their emotional intelligence strengthened
70% said they managed stress more effectively
Used by teams across leading global organizations
Why This Works
The PQ Program is grounded in neuroscience and developed by Stanford lecturer Shirzad Chamine, author of the New York Times bestselling book Positive Intelligence.
It is based on research with more than 1 million participants from 50 countries, including CEOs, students, elite athletes, and sales, operations, and technology teams.
Over six weeks, participants train three core mental muscles that directly influence leadership, emotional regulation, and execution — especially under stress.
Because lasting change doesn’t come from knowing more.
It comes from training differently.
You don’t learn to ride a bike by reading about it — and you don’t become mentally fit through theory alone.
The PQ Program transforms insight into action through daily practice, so behavior change sticks.

Customizable Keynotes & Workshops
Intro to Positive Intelligence® & Mental Fitness
Keynote or Webinar | 45–90 minutes | Virtual or In-Person
This session introduces the core concepts of Positive Intelligence and Mental Fitness, along with practical tools participants can apply immediately.
You’ll walk away with a high-level understanding of how your brain can work for or against you, and what it takes to shift out of survival mode and into clear-headed, effective action.
Key takeaways include:
The 10 internal Saboteurs that drive stress, self-doubt, and reactivity
A science-backed framework for strengthening your 3 core mental muscles
A 10-second technique for shifting from stress to calm, focused action
This is not mindset work. It’s mental fitness—an operating upgrade for how you lead, work, and respond under pressure.
Mental Fitness Workshop
2–4 Hours | Virtual or In-Person
This session expands on the core Positive Intelligence framework through real-time application and guided small-group work.
After completing the Saboteur Assessment, participants break into groups based on their top Saboteur. Each Saboteur group then reports out to the larger group about what their Saboteur is all about—its lies, limiting beliefs, and negative impact.
This interactive session is how you can shift a conceptual understanding of the topic to a deep personal “aha...” of exactly how you have been sabotaging your own effectiveness, wellness, and relationships. This is where your team will get really excited about a new possibility for themselves and each other.
FAQ
1. Workshop
-
A live, interactive session (1-4 hours) that introduces the science of mental fitness and helps participants identify their top internal “Saboteurs” — the mental patterns that hinder performance and wellbeing.
-
Yes, workshops can be delivered virtually, in-person, or hybrid depending on your team’s needs and location.
In the NYC area, in-person sessions are included at no additional cost. For locations beyond NYC, travel fees may apply.
While all sessions can be held virtually, some teams prefer the energy and connection of an in-person experience. We can also explore running in-office pod meetings if that better suits your team’s workflow. Reach out and we’ll design what works best for you.
-
For deeper engagement and more active participation, workshops work well with groups of 5 to 50. We tailor facilitation style and breakout design to fit your audience.
For groups over 50, we recommend a keynote or webinar format.
-
Absolutely. Many teams begin with a standalone session, then explore deeper program options based on interest.

Each participant will. commit to:
Watching one 1-hour video per week
A 45-minute weekly virtual meeting with their Pod
Up to 15 minutes per day of app-based mental fitness practice
That’s less than 2% of waking hours for six weeks.
And here’s the truth: inner Saboteurs are already stealing far more than that — through stress, distraction, conflict, and burnout. This is a small, focused investment that pays off in clarity, resilience, and stronger performance long after the program ends.
-
4–8 participants max. Small enough to create safety, big enough to build real accountability. Research shows participants are 500% more likely to build lasting habits when supported by peers.
-
Yes! The PQ Program is flexible by design.
Some companies run pods with intact teams to strengthen trust, improve collaboration, and create a shared language for navigating stress and decision-making together.
Others mix individuals from different departments or levels—great for cross-functional exposure and developing leaders across the org.
Both models work. We’ll help you decide what’s best based on your goals, team dynamics, and who’s opting in.
Want to start with just a few employees? That’s fine too. We can build a single pod and grow from there.
-
Participants retain app access for 1 year. Optional follow-up sessions or coaching packages are available to sustain momentum.
-
The Positive Intelligence book by Shirzad Chamine explains the “why.” The program focuses on the “how” — with daily, structured practice that turns insight into habit.
The app includes both PDF and audio versions of the book, so participants can explore it if they choose — but reading it isn’t required to succeed in the program.
-
ROI shows up in reduced burnout, stronger collaboration, and clearer thinking, but we also help you measure it directly.
You’ll receive:
A custom kickoff with leadership to align on goals, outcomes, and what success looks like
Weekly leadership reports tracking both participation and engagement
Pre- and post-program pulse surveys to assess shifts in resilience, focus, communication, and stress management
A live debrief and wrap-up to review outcomes and plan next steps
We make it easy to show internal impact and connect the dots between mental fitness and performance.
-
